we go through each policy specimen we obtain from each bidder to establish whether policy wordings are in the interest of our clients we then make relevant recommendations as to the most appropriate insurer with which to place the risk(whether the bid winner is the most reliable insurance provider on the basis of fair analysis of the market)

Negotiating terms and conditions initially and mid –term changes

we negotiate on behalf of our client’s policy terms and conditions when the insurances policy is initially purchased and also when there are changes during the terms of the policy.

Gathering and analyzing premium data

we obtain premium figures from reasonably sufficient number of insurance providers and examine the data in relation with the terms of the quotation and in the interest of each clients.

Negotiating renewals

on behalf of our clients we negotiate the renewal premiums and terms of the coverage

Assisting with the presentation of claims and making efficient claims follow –up

we assist our clients in presenting their claims from the start to its completion, making the necessary follow up in interim process.

Dispute resolution

although insurers genuinely endeavour to provide a fair and efficient service, occasionally there will be an issue of dispute .inevitably a Large number of disputes arise at claims time with disagreements.
